1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TechLopez Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use My Option Journal (“the App”).
2. Information You Enter
My Option Journal allows you to manually record information related to your options trading activity, including trades, notes, goals, holdings, premiums, expiration dates, and other information you choose to add.
This information is created and managed by you inside the App.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data may also be stored and synced through your personal Apple iCloud account.
We do not operate external servers to store your trading records, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. No Account or Login
My Option Journal does not require you to create an account, username, or password. We do not collect login credentials because the App does not include a user account system.
5. Market Price Data
The App may use a third-party market data API to display stock prices and related market information. This feature is used only to show market data inside the App.
Your personal trading journal entries are not sent to that API.
6. Notifications and Widgets
My Option Journal may use local notifications to remind you about contract expirations or related activity. These notifications are handled on your device.
The App may also provide widgets to display selected information from your journal. Widget data is shown using information stored on your device or synced through your Apple ecosystem.
7. Purchases
My Option Journal may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
8. Technical Information
Basic technical information may be available through Apple systems, such as app version, device type, language, purchase status, and crash or performance information. This helps us improve the App and provide support.
9. Information We Do Not Collect
My Option Journal does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as your precise location, contacts, health data, or financial account login credentials.
10. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your journal data with third parties. Data may be handled by Apple services such as iCloud or the App Store when you use those features.
11. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your data by deleting the App from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you may also need to manage or delete related iCloud data from your Apple account settings.

12. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. Because the App relates to options trading organization, it is intended for users who understand financial markets and investment risks.
